What to expect:

  • Own social media workstreams, from planning and content development to publishing and optimisation.
  • Act as a trusted day-to-day partner for our automotive client, providing expert advice and recommendations.
  • Develop and adapt campaigns into platform-native social content, across formats and channels.
  • Create and oversee compelling copy and storytelling, tailored to audiences and platforms.
  • Collaborate closely with creative, strategy, design and production teams, to develop and deliver strong ideas.
  • Stay ahead of social, cultural, automotive and platform trends, identifying opportunities for the brand.
  • Monitor performance, turning social KPIs and audience insights into clear, actionable recommendations.

What you bring

  • Hands-on experience of managing automotive clients, with a good understanding of the industry and its audiences
  • Experience in client servicing and account management, including advising clients and presenting recommendations
  • Solid knowledge of social media strategy, content development, platform mechanics and community dynamics
  • Excellent writing and editing skills with a natural feel for platform-native storytelling
  • A proven ability to work with creative, strategy, design and production teams
  • Proactive, curious and hands-on mindset paired with strong organisational skills and fluency in English. German is a plus.

What we offer

  • Hybrid working and flexible working hours
  • 30 days of paid vacation per year, plus up to four weeks of working remotely within the EU
  • Collaboration within an international agency network offering diverse perspectives and growth opportunities
  • A structured feedback culture with a shared feedback tool and regular development conversations
